Youth and Family Care Community Housing

The project focuses on addressing the growing demand for affordable housing solutions while providing essential amenities and services.

The design emphasizes sustainability, inclusivity, and community engagement. The development features a range of silver to platinum housing types, providing accessible, affordable housing options to ensure families and youth have access to secure and stable homes.

The design includes communal gardens, and outdoor spaces that encourage interaction and foster a strong sense of community. Gardens along the site frontages soften the streetscape.

The project will be executed in phases, with the initial phase focusing on site preparation, infrastructure development, and the construction of the first set of housing units. Subsequent phases will expand the housing options and community facilities, with an expected completion timeline of three to five years.
