Biophilia is at the heart of the design, integrating elements that connect occupants with nature. This includes extensive use of natural light, indoor plants, and materials sourced from local, sustainable origins. The design emphasises views of the surrounding landscape, fostering a sense of well-being and a connection to the environment.
Collaboration is facilitated through an open and flexible layout that encourages interaction and teamwork. The workspace features communal areas, adaptable workstations, and meeting rooms that can be easily reconfigured to suit various needs.
These spaces are designed to support a culture of innovation and collective problem-solving, essential to Arup’s ethos. Indigenous art plays a pivotal role in the design, with thoughtfully curated pieces that celebrate the rich cultural heritage of the region. These artworks not only add aesthetic value but also foster a sense of identity and belonging among employees.
