Cairns Hospital Block D4 Fitout

With an increasing service demand, CA Architects were commissioned as Principal Consultant by Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service to develop the design option within the existing floor space to implement some immediate improvement to patient flow.

During the planning and construction of Block D a shell space was constructed for future fit-out which now houses twelve additional beds with associated uses.
