DFO – Direct Factory Outlets

CA Architects worked with the Sentinel Property Group on a proposal for a carefully staged development that would ensure the uninterrupted operation of retail outlets.

Aside from repairing driveways and parking areas, painting outside furniture and new signs, especially directional, the first transformational project to be completed was the new indoor-outdoor dining precinct.

The design was based on the simple philosophies of captivating and engaging the customers with colour and movement to ensure they stay longer or return. The roofs of the dining areas radiate around a central courtyard which is populated by engaging landscaping and play equipment. The precinct can expand to “event mode” and cater for food vans with a large screen showing movies or sporting events.
