CA Architects were engaged to redevelop an existing unoccupied building into a top hotel offering for the Oaks Hotel Chain. The existing ground floor commercial offering was maintained, with an additional level added to increase room yield and capatilise on the pristine view over the Cairns Esplanade, and out the sparkling Coral Sea.

Modern and efficient rooms were designed, in addition to a gorgeous rooftop restaurant and bar, to provide an ideal choice for travellers looking for a comfortable stay.
