Sails at Trinity

This development comprises three distinct structures: the dual-key apartment buildings, a restaurant, and boutique retail tenancies, arranged in a fan-like configuration along the primary access route into Trinity Beach.

The architectural design of Sails at Trinity is characterized by its mono-slope roofs, which evoke nautical imagery and functionally guide visitors towards the Blue Lagoon Resort complex, its gated residential community, and the central lagoon.

The use of these distinctive roof forms not only reinforces the maritime theme but also creates a visual and spatial focus that enhances the approach to the resort.

The restaurant and retail buildings are thoughtfully designed to maximize alfresco dining experiences, offering panoramic views of the lagoon and the main thoroughfare. These spaces are enhanced by ample daylighting and operable high-level windows, facilitating natural ventilation during the cooler months.

The two apartment buildings are oriented away from the street, overlooking a landscaped swimming
pool courtyard. Surrounded by lush vegetation and mature trees, these buildings create a serene residential environment that contrasts with the street-facing commercial areas.
